“Happy Bookers” Book Group

From September through May, one evening a month people gather to discuss a common book they have read. The books have been suggested to Pastor Joe and put into a ten-month schedule. The person who suggested the book facilitates the discussion. We have read and discussed some great books, both award winners as well as little known “jewels”. The list of books and schedule of meetings for the year is made available in September so there is plenty of time to locate and read the book.

Participants: All Ages are Invited

Meet: Selected Monday or Tuesday evening each month 7:00 – 8:30 PM

The UCC Book Group will be taking a break to re-access its viability. Perhaps it’s time to think of another similar ministry. We are grateful to everyone who has participated for so many years. We have read more than 75 books in the past 16 years and have entertained a number of authors.
